Care:
All handmade pottery will last longer if it is hand washed and not put in the microwave. However for the sake of convenience I do consider all of my dish-ware to be dishwasher and microwave safe.
Appearance:
Clay and glaze are constantly changing slightly in their make up and therefore I cannot guarantee that any two pieces are the exact same. Items may not look exactly as they do in the product photos, as I ship from my inventory and you may not receive the exact photographed item. Returns:
I do not accept returns or refunds except in the case of receiving broken pottery. Shipping fragile items is always a risk and I always want to make sure you get what you paid for. Please contact me with photos of any damaged items. In order to receive a replacement I must receive photos of the broken pottery immediately upon their arrival. Any delay in contacting me will result in a forfeited right to replacement.
