I do not accept returns or refunds except in the case of receiving broken pottery or damaged goods. Shipping fragile items is always a risk and I always want to make sure you get what you paid for. Please contact me with photos of any damaged items. In order to receive a replacement I must receive photos of the broken pottery/damaged items immediately upon their arrival. Any delay in contacting me will result in a forfeited right to replacement.
